About Me

imageMy initial massage training was completed in a rigorous science-based program.  My studies included courses in anatomy, physiology, pathology, ethics and many bodywork modalities: Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, myofascial release, hydrotherapy and neuromuscular therapy. I am nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.

I did advanced training to be an OMT Orthopedic massage therapist along with many multiday advanced orthopedic seminars.

I specialize in providing exceptional client service by creating a customized massage for each client based on two way communication that best addresses specific issues and tension patterns in your body.  Your massage will be both relaxing and therapeutic, and I will develop an individualized home care plan for you to achieve and maintain wellness.

My philosophy on healing is that by listening to the body and paying attention to it, whatever our physical limitations are, massage and other therapies have the ability to improve our function and quality of life, moving toward a more pain-free and happier existence, ultimately creating positive change in the mind, body, and spirit.
